One of the evenings on our canoe trip was perfectly still. The lake was glass. Actually the water wasn't cloudy at all...all the acid rainy goodness of Inco's smelting process from decades ago has ensured that the water remains crystal clear even to this day...
I hope the hadron collider doesn't make a black hole and suck us all up...I'll miss evenings like this...
